"The way that can be spoken is not the eternal Way" - Lao Tzu
The great mysteries of Spirit and life continue to astound me. If I discover a "way" I will not be able to explain it. I have, however, found certain practices that have offered me tangible results along my journey. I'd like to share them with with those who may also benefit.
Divination Journey

The practitioner travels to non-ordinary reality in a trance state to speak directly with Spirit to gather Spirit's guidance and insight on the matter at hand.
Done with the support of trusted Spirit Guides and energetic protections.
Ancestral Healing

Practitioner travels to non-ordinary reality to look at unwell states within a person's ancestral line. Practitioner works with their Spirit Guides and any of the clients Spirit Guides that would like to assist in order to heal the unhealed state.
Unhealed ancestral lines can look like repeated cycles of unwell behavior within a family system. Healing the line can positively impact family members in addition to the direct participant.
The practitioner is particularly interested in supporting folks in cleaning up lineage related to the systemic inequities we see today.
Soul Retrieval

When we experience a significant trauma in our human form sometimes part of our soul splits off to help the human survive. When we hear someone say "they were never the same after..." often soul loss is a contributing factor.
The part of the soul that left gets stuck in non-ordinary reality and needs to be brought back to the human to make them whole again. The practitioner travels in non-ordinary reality to retrieval the part with their Spirit Guides and bring it back to the human.
There are integration techniques that will be prescribed to the receiver at the end of session.
Ritual Support

Each Element has properties that can aid in powerful guidance and healing. Often these powerful entities are willing to lend support in transforming what ails us collectively or individually.
The practitioner travels to non-ordinary reality to get Spirit guidance on the ritual prescription and then offer ordinary reality techniques for the participant to preform the ritual.
In some instances the practitioner will lead the ritual on the clients behalf.
Shadow Work

Our shadows are the parts of ourselves that were rejected either by us or by someone important to us. It becomes a shadow when we unconsciously shove this part of ourselves into the darkness where it twists and becomes an unconscious and troubling behavior. Forms of addiction or self sabotage are common manifestations of shadow parts. These parts are often tricky to grasp and can benefit greatly through utilizing embodied practices such as dance.
The practitioner will support the participant in identifying their shadow parts and the techniques of transforming these parts through love.
The practitioner is particularly interested in supporting folks through systemic shadow and unpacking how our personal shadow contributes to the whole.
Spiritual Path Guidance/Mentorship

Our spiritual paths are deeply personal. Life is our greatest teacher and if we listen well life will offer us the opportunities we need to transform.
Our challenges are for us and sometimes we need support to help reflect on our experience. The practitioner can lend what they've learned upon their path and while honoring the truth that your path is uniquely yours to walk.

She/They
I've trained extensively in spiritual modalities, primarily working with Ancestors, Spirit Guides and the Elements. As a white, cisgender woman I take deep care and attention to the spectrums of my privileged and marginalized identities.

I am naturally energetically sensitive which means I experience energies in a space that help me interpret and navigate a situation.

In my young adult life I had a significant Spirit Sickness which took me out of ordinary reality for an extended period of time. The experience of spending involuntary time in non-ordinary reality and finding my way back to ordinary reality required me to hone the skill of navigating both worlds with confidence.

I've struggled with addiction and alcoholism which provided the compounding traumas that go with them such as; bouts with justice system involvement, houselessness, physical/sexual assault, anxiety and depression. The lessons I've learned with overcoming these struggles reinforce for me how human we are and that we cannot shame ourselves into healing.
