Mediation
Mediation is a discussion of two or more parties who are in an active dispute.
To begin a mediation process, the practitioner will meet individually with both parties to understand their goals, needs and requests before moving forward in the joint mediation.
Facilitation
For larger group discussion or conflicts that involve multiple stakeholders, we work in a combination setting where we set group goals, speak with key players, offer side mediation for hot topic interpersonal topics, provide community or organizational consulting and equity consulting.
Training
We offer a wide range of customized training for the conflict resolution needs of your organization.
A unique offering is a 40 hour Basic Mediation Training that customized to your group or organization. Participants of this training will meet the requirements to become a practicing mediator in Oregon.
Coaching/Consulting
Coaching is individual support for leaders, organizations, community members and individuals to unpack approaches and strategies within a conflict situation.

As a white, cisgender woman I take deep care and attention to the spectrums of my privileged and marginalized identities. In my work, I "center the most impacted" meaning I take into account the systems of oppression that are operating within our internal or external conflicts and offer support to those most harmed by the systems first and foremost.
Philosophy and Communications degree and mediator since 2014, I've worked in a wide variety of conflict resolution settings. I have over 2000 hours of direct mediation/facilitation experience with identity-based, interpersonal, legal, community, workplace and organizational matters.
I've held roles within government, non-profit and private practice conflict resolution organizations. I have a strong relationship with Oregon mediation networks, businesses and past clients. I utilize my range of experiences from an entry level employee to leadership roles to help inform my consulting for organizational culture shifts so that they meet the needs of everyone involved.
A foundational co-contributor of creating Equity Informed Mediation with Resolutions Northwest in 2018. I have over 400 hours of teaching experience and am a qualified lead trainer for Basic Mediation Training.
