The trifecta approach...

 

The trifecta approach is an option for curious clients who would like to intertwine conflict resolution skills, equity frameworks and spiritual relationship throughout a process. Some scenarios may call for one pillar more than the others and some may require all three in varying stages. 

For example an interpersonal relationship may come to mediation to work on the direct conflict they are experiencing.  During the process the practitioner  may sense that a soul retrieval could support an underlying need for one of the parties.  The practitioner, with parties consent, would provide the soul retrieval and support the integration into the mediated conversation.    

Another example could be an organization looking to deepen their equity work, however, find that they continue to cause harm to their employees who experience most systemic harm.  The practitioner may do a divination journey and identify both personal and organizational shadow aspects contributing to the groups inability to address the harm in a good way.  The practitioner can lead the group in embodied practices or spiritually prescribed ritual to transmute the energy before coming back to the discussion.  

In all cases the practitioner and collaborators will work with participants to ensure they have consent and understand how participants would like to approach their matter.  Most equity consulting engagements will be done with a collaborator.
